I'm sick, what can make me better?

I have had a horrible sore throat for the past 3 days. When I woke up this morning, I could barely swallow. Now, I have diarreah. Why am I getting so sick? I have aches all over my body, and I just feel so tired and weak. I don't want to have to go to a doctor, because of money. I also have a headache. What are some home remedies to fix all of these sicknesses? Anything will help because I feel like s**+*. Thanks.

take some advil

get a heating pad and don't starve your body eat as much as you can so it can have strength to figh the bug if you get worse than seriously its timee to visit the doctor
