Question:

I'm sick but I'm on a diet!?

I have a cold and the doctor strictly told me to not be active. Well, it sucks because I've been running everday and doing sit ups and push ups and all that! now that i'm sick all i can do is do wall sits meditate and stretch. Is there anything else?

  1. You can go hiking. A cold usually passes by in a few days so you will be active again soon.  


  2. Well you can do yoga, wall sits, meditate (it will stretch your legs) and stretch. Did you know stretching builds tone? That is all I know of.
