Try Delia's.  They have some preppy stuff, but they also have a lot of rebel-ish stuff.  Dark skinny jeans, crazy tees, cool prints... check it out. =)

Try Spencer's also if your area has a Trouble Delite, that is a great place for clothes..

I think Spencer's might have some of that stuff, but then again I really never get sick of Hot Topic so I don't know any other places.

yeah trie spencers its not really all cloths but its got kool stuff i personally  love hott topic (sometimes clairs too)
