I'm sick of being blown off by a friend?

Every time I call my friend she can't talk. EVERY time almost. No joke. She's always too busy watching t.v. or has her friend over. It's always the same friend too. That friend and I were really good friends but drifted. But anyways I'm getting SOOO frustrated. I used to call her like maybe 2 times a day and she was ALWAYS like watching t.v. or something which whatever I guess everyone loves t.v. but I get mad because the friend that she has over will call her and she told me before she didn't feel like talking on the phone and then she goes OH SARAH is calling and then hung up. I don't get it.

Basiccly I am always getting blown off for someone else or she has some lame excuse.

Whats do I do. I tried confronting her that she like never talks on the phone with me but she thought I was like kidding. I was like uhmmm NO.

She is not a real friend! because that happened to me and i told her and she was like OOOO im sorry i was like man watever and and havnt talked 2 her since.! If she dosnt come around sooner or later, just let her go.
