Okay I'm getting really sick of my boyfriend saying "i'm sorry". We've been having the same argument about the same things for about 2 months now. I don't really even know how to explain it. He does the same things over and over after I tell him not to. He's fine for like a day then something comes up again. Everytime he says "i'm sorry, I know your sick of hearing it but I'm sorry". I've told him just stop doing things and he won't have to say it anymore.

How much is enough??? I'm sick of hearing it!! I don't want to leave him or anything. I mean it's just a lot of small things that he does. What can I do to make him listen and understand??

I don't want to change HIM I just want to make him be more respectful of how the things he does make me feel.

  1. Sit him down during the good days and tell him exactly what's he is doing wrong. Also at the same time figure out what are you doing wrong  its a two way street...

  2. If there's one thing i understand, it's how ppl think the word "sorry" permits them to do anything, as long as they use it.

Many years ago, i decided sorry was just another 4 letter word to me, no matter how many letters it actually did have.

I think you can guess, which four letter word i'm talking about.

Then one day, a friend did something horrible to me and after using "that" word, i became even more angery and i told them..." Sorry, seldom helps, when the damage is done"!!

I had never heard it before, but have always had a razor sharp toungue, when i'm angry, i don't know what comes over me but that sort of thing and worse comes out!

I have used it uncountable times since, because i want ppl to know how i feel, but once said, it most often means i'm finished with that person for life.

  3. Write down the problems -

Then give it to him -

That way he knows what the problems are in black and white -

If he is still messing up - then that guy "no offense" is really stupid,

and you should probably date me.
