  1. some good stretches to do before starting would be: the hurdler stretch (sitting with one leg behind you, one leg in front, and with the opposite arm grab your toes), the butterfly stretch, and the quad stretch


  2. I play tennis, so hopefully you will consider some tips I have about my favorite sport.

    1) Front Hand Swings should be used by only your dominant hand. And Back Hand Swings should be used by both your dominant hand and your indominant hand. your dominant hand should be on the bottom of the racket.

    2) Hamstring and bicep stretches are not only preferred, but recommended.
