It's one of the top stories that is very, very hot right now and many people would love to hear it. I have been told in fact that never had a story like this come out about a star. I was told they had to go to an attorney with it and then got back and am going to be interviewed in a few days. No figures have even been offered. Do these more reputable magazines about the stars pay for stories about them? If is customary to not offer a figure until the attorney has been spoken to. All I know is they were given a go on it.

  1. Check in Writers Guide 2008.  They have the guidelines and rates for just about every magazine published in the US.  As for legal issues, I couldn't tell you, but get a copy notarized, put it in a well sealed envelope and mail it to yourself, get it postmarked and don't open it when it's delivered.  Gives you some proof of authorship and timing if they steal the story and scam you.

  2. most likey ...probly depending on what source of story it is ....criminal,love ,stars.. they would usally sell the best ...thats all of my info.
