I'm so bored. Help!!!?

Anyways, I'm so bored that I want to eat but I'm not really that hungry! I don't really need any tips on how to not be bored but I really feel like eating but I'm not that hungry, so what are some healthy food recipes that are very easy to make?

  1. Eat nuts.  They are filling, and healthy.


  2. fruits & veggies are always a good bet. you can also try egg whites or egg substitute, scrambled or in an omelet. i like to make english muffin pizzas - can be healthy if you use whole-wheat english muffins & low-fat sauce & cheese. another good one is: sprinkle shredded cheese down the center of a flour tortilla, microwave for like 20 seconds, top with salsa & fresh lettuce, roll up & eat! hope these help, have fun! :-)

  5. umm cereall!!! You can buy some really healthy cereal now-a-days and anyone can make thatt. Try Kashi Go-Lean Crunch(or any other type of Kashi) or South Beach Diet or even some general mills products because they try to make those pretty healthy now too.

    One other thing you could try is some yogurt or greek yogurt (which is much thicker than regular but really good). It's a yummy snack that's pretty healthy for you too. Sometimes I like to mix fresh blueberries in vanilla yogurt too its pretty good.

  6. you can try those baby carrots, or i eat broccoli and cauliflower.... ohhhh its delicious!! with light ranch, or no ranch!

  7. Eat some celery or cukes with ranch, it's negative calorie so don't worry, celery will cancel out ranch :))) that;s how i think about it.

  8. DON'T EAT IF YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY...it is not healthy.  

  9. If you are not that hungry trying making a health shake.

    Milk (low fat or soy if you like)

    Honey

    Oatmeal

    Fruit (banana, mango, strawberries etc)

    Mix it up in a blender and drink. It will fill you up.

    Other food to eat when you are not hungry and unhealthy....it is a good time to practice some fancy recipes (sushi or entrees).
