Hey I was wondering if hypnotist or doctor can make you forget events in your life? I really need to. I recently did something really horrible. Something I didn’t want to do but didn’t say. Because I felt everybody does. So now I hate myself. I knew it was wrong before during and after and now I really hate myself. I can’t think of anything else. I don’t want to live like this. I’m not the type of person to this sort of thing. I feel my innocence is gone. I’ve even thought about killing myself so I would have to be the person who did these things anymore. Please let me know if I can get rid of this. Yes I know there will be consequences of forgetting this event but anything would be better than what I’m feeling now.

  1. Okay, calm down. Whatever 'horrible' thing you've done, don't be too hard to yourself, we're only humans. Nobody's innocence last forever. Forgive yourself, learn from your experience, move on. It's just a part of life that everyone will eventually go through.

  2. go to a psych. they can prescribe medication that can stop the manic thoughts. it's really important you see someone though, or at least find some way to vent, otherwise you're going to go crazy.. you might also want to visit a priest (or some other religious figure you respect) and try to relieve the guilt that way. I don't think there is any specific way of forgetting.. except for drugs which literally kill off brain cells, but then you'd run the risk of more severe and permanent brain damage which may be much worse than what you're dealing with now. my heart goes out to you. i hope you can find it within yourself to forgive what you've done.
