Ok well my friend just texted me saying that his other friend thinks i am "a large round tube".... i know i am probably dumb but WHAT THE h**l DOES THAT MEAN? and is it an insult? serious answers only.

It sounds like he's calling you fat.  But don't worry, I can tell by the way you explained your question that you're funny.  That's a helluvalot better than being mean.
