Whenever I wake up i feel skinny, and look it to.
And my sides are all trimmed ( waist) and its more harder there.
But whenever i have breakfast ( activia yogurt, with fruits, or granola bar with fruits ) And then goto the gym do 60 minutes of the slider ( cardio) then some ab work, and some light weights, i look more heavyy, and patted after it ..
Why is this ?
And then it dies down later on.
And I even look better, and more trim when i sleep and and skip the gym for the day.
