I'm so scared for the first day of High School. What should i do?

I went to my freshman orientation and I have no clue how I am going to get around. Please help me ASAP

Think back to your first day of middle school. It's JUST like that. New surroundings, new faces but you get the hang of it REALLY fast.

well you know what dont try and make a whole plan for the day cuz you will just freak out just let it happen and relax next thing you know its the second day lol.....

honestly its not as bad as a lot of people make it out to be. yeah you might get picked on for being a freshman but it wears of pretty quick. its also a good way to be able to tell the ******* from the good people. as for getting around dont worry. if you have time, go in before school starts and find all your classes. also think about where each class is located in according to you locker. you will learn quickly what ways to take and when you are able to go back to your locker to change books. its not hard. you will catch on. everyone is nervous, and its natural. be yourself and dont be something you arent. high school is just a larger version of middle school.

dont worry, the staff there always make sure that everyone knows where to go in the beginning of the year. its like middleschool..i remember thinking omg how am i gonna remember where to go for 7 classes? and by the 3rd day of school i had it down. its really the SAME THING just more and older kids. and if you cant find a class dont freak out! everyone else is probably lost too.

DONT WORRY ABOUT IT..ITS NOT AS BAD AS YOU THINK. YEAHH PEOPLE WILL CALL YOU LIKE FRESH MEAT AND STUFF...BUT JUST IGNORE IT. AND PLUS THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMEBODYY TO POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION :)

The main thing to remember is that High School isn't the most important thing that will ever happen. There is a really big world, and life for that matter, outside those walls. Just take everything in stride and don't get caught up in petty B.S.

you can relax and cool down 1st , and try to talk sit next to you friend if did't work try another one .. and ask something the your want to know...

If you are still living in the same place and know some people it will help a lot. On my first day of freshmen year me and my friend Ally helped each other get around.

Don't worry about the whole "Seniors picking on freshmen" thing because it doesn't happen. And on the rare occasion it does, then wow that person's a jerk.

Okay, so don't worry about it!

Seriously, after the first week, you'll be use to high school.

welll i am a freshman this yr also and we startd school on thursday, and like you i was extremely freaked out but i just so happen to have the same schedule as my bff so we followed each other to the rite classes by asking people.dnt be scared to ask cus since its ur first day at the high school they will understand! u will love it it's great for me!soo like i said just find a "schedule buddy" to stick with and u'll be fine!

It'll turn out that it's not as bad as you thought it'd be.  It'll be an exciting day, for sure, and just remember two things:

look confident and don't let them see fear in your eyes (they can't read your mind!).
