  1. do you have a lot on you're mind? or too many things going on in life?

    .

  2. try a b12 pill once a day.also you are probably low on carbs.when I went on a low carb diet,I had a mild headache and was very very tired all the time.take a b12 pill and eat some bread.

  3. get a MRI scan

  4. you could quiet possibly low in Iron especially if it hits you in the afternoon around 2.30-4pm at your worst.

You could have a sluggish liver That makes you feel fatigued all day even after a good sleep and especially if your having dietry problems.

    id get some test's done

    good luck.

  5. there is  a thing called Enemia or somthing where females feel lethargic and tired even after sleeping. it is cause by haveing low iron. which having your period doesn't help either. soo try for a week or two eating a lot of foods containing iron like red meat, dark green veggies, ummm oh yea and eggs, but dont fry them it defeats the perpose of eating them (it takes out the iron)...................

ok i hope this helps if it dosnt try visiting your gp

ok hope you feel better soon.

    bye
