I'm so tired of not having a flat stomach?

I'm not fat but i have a little fat on my stomach and i really really need great advice on how to get a flat and toned stomach fast please any advice will help

  2. One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle.   To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle.     doing 200 crunches a day will not burn fat off your stomach. it will only increase the size of your abs but the little bit of fat on your stomach that you want to get rid of will remain their. once you get rid of that fat your abs will show through.

    the best advice i can give is eat healthy foods, lots of fruit, vegetables and water, chicken, turkey, tuna, whole grains, and do plenty of intense exercise. pick a sport that you enjoy playing so you won't get bored and give up

    remember - you can't choose where you want to lose fat from, your body will burn fat from all over your body.

  4. for a girl if you do 100 to 200 crunches a day you will get a two or three pack in a month or two if that helps any.

    the hard part would be sticking with the crunches every day
