I'm sooo confused! HELP!?

okay so my friend is g*y and she thinks that love is love..is love. and that if 2 ppl like[or]love each other then it there's nothing wrong with them being together. so i asked her what about siblings, or people related. and her reaction seemed as if she was disgusted with me thinking that. I WAS JUST ASKING. so then her reply was "thats sick! incest is bad and immoral." so now im scratching my head wondering what to think. what is right and what is wrong? is love, love..really? or is there like still rules as to which relationships are wrong and right. IM CONFUSED...HELP =[

Incest is wrong becoue it sick, bad and immoralor and/or becoue God say so.
