I'm sooo confused!?

Question

if you have been if foster care or know anything about it can you answer this for me...? i don't know too much about foster care so i was just wondering a couple of things or whatever.

1) how often to you get moved from home to home, on the average?

2) what areas do you stay in the most? like the city, the country, etc...?

3) what are the most common socail statuses that you're put into?

4) are there usually other foster kids or other kids in the foster care homes that you stay in?

5) like about how much stuff can you bring into foster care?? like i really like to play guitar, do you think i could maybe bring that if it where just that and a suitcase??

6) if you're in your mid teen years, what are the chances of me getting adopted?

--and if anyone knows any foster care phone numbers for the state of georgia just to find info and ask questions on foster care, could you please let me know what they are or send me a link.

thats sad : ( why do you have to go to foster care... I hope they send you to a really good one... I'm sorry i don't know much about foster care either, but i'm sure they'll let you bring your guitar.

why do you have to go to foster care

I was in there for a few months i went to one in the same city...They said i was to dangerous to be around my mom because im vilont so i was under house arrest..Or if your parents died or no one wants you, you go to a good foster family they treet you right

my parents were foster parents when i was 12.

1. it depends on how long the foster parents want to keep you. if they dont like you then they could call you social worker adn you'd get moved to another home. =/

2. it all depends on where there are foster parents who like to take kids around your age, and s*x.

3. usually middle class familys. sometimes people who just want it for the money. =/ in other words sh@t bags

4. it depends on how many kids the foster parent signs up to have at one time.

5. you could bring your guitar im sure. important items they usually let kids bring with them.

6. and it all depends on if the foster parents like you. if you find a family you like try to make a good impression. people wont adopt teens with "issues." most also take into consideration health problems. i really hope i helped and i really hope that if you hafta go through this that you will have good luck =]
