  1. Playing on the kids' equipment at the local park!  You can work your upper body on the monkey bars or tetherball and lower body just by running around and swinging.  It is about 350 calories an hour.

    Added bonus: you get to go outside!

  3. rollerblading or swimming... both burn a LOT of calories! :)
