lately i've been really moody and sensitive. im easily hurt if anyone laughs at me or doesn't tell me something and i seem to get really fired up. i'm worried cos im not usually like this. what are some ways i can cool myself down and make sure i dont stay like this.

P.S im 13 if that means anything............

  1. Do yoga, keep yourself busy. Like paint or do exercises. Maybe you are going through hormone changes. This is common. Just try to think before you act. :))


  2. Well it&#039;s very very usual. Because i&#039;m also 13 and i feel the same. But don&#039;t care about others opinions. If their words may hurt you just ignore and think that they have mental problems.

  5. well it could be just your hormones, your probably going through puberty and that could be why your all moody and everything.

    if you have your period that could also be a reason.

    when some of my friends get their periods they are really moody, one of my friends just gets fired up so quickly and easily, she literally yells at you for like no reason!!

    honestly i don&#039;t think you need to worry about it.

    maybe its just a phase your going through.

  11. hi my name is stacey i&#039;m 14 and it&#039;s just you hormones because ur a teenager, it&#039;s very normal. i usually have a bath put some bath salt, lotion and bath bombs in the bath and put a face mask on and some cucumber on my eyes and stay in the bath for an hour.
