I need to go back to my country for an emergency, and I have a proof that I still have unfinished business in US when I want to come back.

I do not know.  I would call the number above that I listed and explain your situation and ask them...

I am sorry that I do not know any more  at the moment.

I will try and see if I can find out anything here on the net. However, I would advise you to call the number listed above.

    I do know this

A person holding a B1 visa can enter the United States as many times as he or she wants to (of course, subject to the approval of the Immigration officer at port of entry) as long as his or her visa is valid and can stay here for the length of time specified on the I94, which is usually 6 months. At the end of this period, the B1 visa holder must leave the country and then re-enter.

If it is not what you need, call the number above and do as I said ...
