No you have to be 19 to get into clubs here, you could go to the bowling alley in Surrey, which serves alcohol and is kinda a hang out.

you can always go to a bar that has a dancefloor, as long as you dont drink you should be fine. those are kinda hard to find tho, but i think there is one or two downtown !

The drinking age in BC is 19. You might be able to get into some pubs on the family side. Or you can always go to a rave...
