I'm starting a band, do I need a drummer?

We just started a band and we don't know any drummers, is it important to have one? We have a guitar and keyboard.

well you dont NEED one, but it would be good. drums are the backbone of the whole sounds and they sound nice =]

put up flyers or something to find one....

yea u deff need a drumer...the guitars and drums all correspond with each other and make the songs sound much better...plus ull look like a real band then

you don't have to have one... i mean , there's always drum machines and such. In most genres you need someone to keep the beat straight for you...

Yeah I think you do. The drummer is probably the most important part of a band because it holds the beat throughout the whole song. Without a drummer your music will most likely be c**p :]
