I'm starting a blog to practice journalism?

Question

I'm an aspiring journalist and I'm starting a blog where I can post several articles a day to build up a portfolio and keep up on my writing skills. I'm willing to write about anything, current events, fashion, you name it.

I'm having trouble getting started though. What should I write about for my first article? I absolutely cannot think of anything to do for my first couple articles.

Any advice?

HI. If ur beginning an article in a blog, then I would suggest, "Why I love to write." In this manner, you could expand your horizons and tackle on the different angles on why you are writing. It may be more logically arranged in this manner so you won't have a difficulty in the future clustering and choosing another subject to write on.

I have started an experimental blog also for my Communication other English students. And the first thing I wrote is why I named my blog that way...
