This program deals with teaching preschoolers kitchen safety and having fun making and baking treats.I need ideas on the program-Should i conduct a needs assessment?-What kind equipment will you need to run this program? -how much should i spend on promotion?-do i need liability insurance?-how many staff members do I need..I'm thinking one main person and than an assitant.-what kind of qualifications should i be looking for staff.if you have any more ideas, i would love to hear it!
