I'm starting an internet business and need help...can you help me?

Question

I live in Michigan and will be selling a product.

I've been trying to do some research to see everything I need to get it going but I'm having a rough time.

I'm not sure if there are zoning/ordinance issues. While I will be selling out of my home, I will be selling on line. So I'm not sure if it would be counted as a home-based business.

I will not have any employees.

I don't know what kind of licenses I will need

You will need a vendors license...

I wouldnt worry too much.. As long as you are truthful with your taxes, you will be fine.
