  1. It could but you have to have a good base:

    Insurance License- Residual Income!

Securities License- Commissions and residual (it does not matter if the client makes or lose money you get paid!

Create a database- Name, Marital status, age members of family members, Ethnic, Income, Insurance (Home, Life, Auto, Long Term Care) and last but not least ask for referrals. Granted the downfall is this:

The more income you make since you are an employee the more State, Federal, Social Security 6%, and in some palce County Tax is deducted first before you even see it.  But if you owned a part time business you pay yourself, expenses, investments (Real Estate, Gold, Silver, mortgage notes) retirements, daycare, mileage and clothing expense 1st then pay taxes.  This will excelerate your retirement plan and build assests you can live from.  You decide!

  2. Liberty Life is rated "A Excellent" by the A.M. Best Company.

BBC Insurance Group is the holding company.

It's a good company, which still has some home service business, but over the last few years has been converting to just "Ordinary" sales.

Back in the late 1980's, a company called Kentucky Central Life went into receivership, and Liberty Life began servicing it's life insurance customers, and all their agents became employees of Liberty Life.

Being employed by Liberty Life would provide a good opportunity, with benefits, retirement, etc.

You will have a minimum production requirement, but if you do what you are trained to do, those production requirements will be met.

I wish you the best in your new venture. May God bless you and yours.
