I'm starting procedures in child support...what do I expect?

My childs father owes me 8years worth of child support, I have an appt. with the administrative unit of the Illinois Child Support Enforcement. What do I expect at this appt. when paternity has already been established?

  1. Hi!  I am in Illinois too.  I was actually married to my son's Father though so paternity did not have to be established.

    Child Support Enforcement has been chasing him for a few years now.....but he works under the table so he can avoid paying.

    Currently he owes us a tick over 35 THOUSAND DOLLARS in Child support.
