I'm starting school in a few days and i cant sleep any ideas?

  1. count your breathes. Everytime you breathe in and out that's one. I always end up getting to around 42 and then doze off.

  3. Read a book or listen to some nice calming music!! By not thinking about it, you should be asleep in no time :)

    I messed up my schedule and now I sleep late!

    I tie a bandana over my eyes and it always work ! Because then I have nothing to focus on. [:

    Maybe I should try counting my breathe with it too ! (:

  5. Close your eyes and count or concentrate really hard on something.

    It always works for me... hope it does for you.
