Please dearly consider the most fortunate step that you are taking. By taking the step of eating raw foods (the original diet meant for human consumption as even stated in authoritative scriptures like the Bible and Bhagvad Gita) shows your spiritual maturity. This is not a fad and do not treat it like one, the 'diet' becomes your life, the more you eat raw, the less you will ever want to touch and eat the dead cooked foods.

Raw food has its own food pyramid or 'triangle' which has 3 points. This being "Chlorophyll", "Fats" and "Sugar", this is all your body needs to maintain superior health. Eating chlorophyll means you consume all and any type of green, leafy and raw vegetables among which bok-choy, spinach and kale are the best. This provides you with all the protein and calcium you need; there is no need for dairy. Fats come from oily or nutty vegetable sources such as avocadoes, durians, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, coconuts etc... This is an added source of protein as well. Finally sugar and hence carbohydrates come from all the wonderful fruit. Melons, pears, oranges, berries, apples, kiwis, mangoes are all excellent!

May I suggest you research more on this topic and try to get your hands on David Wolfe's "The Sunfood Diet Success System".
