I'm starting to hate school...?

This morning I feel like I would rather die than go to school. I used to really like it, but ever since middle school started I feel stupid and left out all the time. I don't feel sure of myself and everyone is doing all this grown up stuff around me and I'm just....I dunno.

What should I do?

  1. You should first realize that this isnt by any means the first time your going to feel like this its just a part of growing up that you feel left out but its all about finding your own way of doing things and finding friends who agree with you. and if your looking at these people who are doing "grown up" things then dont do what there doing just to please them because more and likely what there doing isnt good anywayz

  2. I think everyone feels that way from time to time.  I was a slow grower, and a geek, and no one liked me.  Actually, I had to transfer schools in high school because the people picked on me so badly.  However, focusing on my grades rather than the people helped me out, and really, try to spend more time with your parents, or tell them that you would like to.  A lot of times they feel like their kids don't want to be around them- but they've got THE CAR and THE MONEY... so yeah, let them favor you and pamper you.  Put a smile on, and realize that one day you will control your life and be free from school and the kids you go to school with.  Half of them will end up worse than you (yes the popular kids) by the time you get to college.  Then you'll be the one laughing.

  3. Don't EVER do "adult stuff", you will regret it later on in life.

Stick with your buddies and leave the show offs to their little games.

Be young! Play sport, stick with your mates and enjoy such a beautiful stage in your life.

Do you want to smoke? Have s*x? Take drugs? Be a rebel?

Don't take heed of the TV and movies. Be yourself, let others follow.

You WILL do "adult stuff", that is, when your an adult. Even then, some of the "cool" things now will seem stupid once you mature.

Take it easy on yourself. I used to get bullied (never backed down in a fight, got punched hard, never surrendered) and teased after I rejected an invitation by the "popular" group in my year. I had acne and was cruelly teased. But know this:

My acne´s gone. I'm a good looking guy. I have an excellent job (IT) and I earn probably 5 times what those "popular" kids earn now, some of whom are unemployed. Ive traveled and lived in other countries.

Most of all I stayed genuine. I remember those years, despite the hardships, as the most carefree and simple days of my life (sigh..).

Take up a hobby, be a good student. Lift girls skirts up (jeje its fun...gosh have a sense of humor) and make the most of what matters.

Family, friends, good grades, sports, hobbies and learning along the way.

    I wish you the best.

  4. Just know that we have ALL been there.  It will pass....these are really the toughest years of your life (they were for me anyway) just keep your chin up and keep going through the motions...you'll have good times and bad...and yes, one day you'll look back and wish you were this age again (don't you hate that your parents were right??)  Drop me a line if you'd like to chat.  Sometimes all you need is someone to listen...ya know??

  5. join them?

  6. Probably they all feel the same as you. It's best to make the most of your time there as it helps you later in life when you're out to work. Try and focus on the classes and subjects that you like, maybe take some out of hours recreation classes. Try and make friends with those around you and be relaxed. If you get tense and subdued it will be a miserable time for you.

  7. Dont follow the crowd. Be your own person and dont give in to what everyone else is doing. I know it may seem uncool and dorky now, but you'll have a really good life if you don't. Just look forward to seeing your friends and doing well in school so you can get into college, cuz college is supposed to be a blast :D

everyone goes through this but its just a phase, it'll pass by. :)
