Breakfast - A bowl of cereal.

Mid morning - A piece of fruit.

Lunch - A sandwich on whole wheat bread and some yogurt.

Afternoon - A piece of fruit and a granola bar. (I like the Honey Almond Flax granola bars from Kashi).

Dinner - A meal consisting of Chicken, Fish, Turkey, or something Vegetarian.

Midevening - Popcorn and a piece of fruit or granola bar.

Obviously if you read this, and changed your eating habits, it would help you alot.

  4. ok bro. 1. Eat carb in the morning. Or at noon only. 2. Eat scrambles egg(3) only the white stuff. Not the yellow because days is fat. So u don't want to eat to much fat things. 3. After 2 1/2 hours drink uor protein shake.  4. After the shake eat tuna fish or chicken or meat. U can eat fish, chicken or meat any time. Remember to drink shake two time a day.

  5. visit musceandstrength.com

  6. There are no charts per se (pronounced per say). Shoot for a breakdown in each meal of 50% healthy carbs (whole grain breads, rices, and pastas as well as fruits and leafy green vegetables), 25% protein (milk, eggs, lean meats, fish, natural peanut butter) and 25% healthy fats (virgin olive oil, olives, avacados, salmon, seeds and nuts)

    Drink a ton of water.

    Eat immediately following a workout.
