I'm starting up ballet again in the fall...?

are there any stretches or advice you could give me so that i can already be up in my game when classes start..and i maybe won't feel as behind ya know??

  1. get fit run, walk, jog three days a week.

    Do yoga once or twice a week.

    And stretch everyday!

  2. Just stretch every day: strattle stretch, touch your toes, lunges, etc. Also, exercise! Walk or run a little bit everyday or find antoher way to stay active. Just keep moving!
