Well I am 15, almost 16, and school just started. I'm beginning to stress out because of it, and I'm not sure why. I have to go to school in about 7-8 hours, i feel tired, my neck is all stiff, and I'm not feeling happy at all. I'm new to the school also, I'm basically a loner in that school, but I do have friends. Got any advice to help relax, it is 12:16 AM. Just started stressing out. Or maybe it is just becuase I am not in a good mood tonight. Help, please.

  1. lie down in your room and think about some randon stuff, good things that could happen 2moro at school, girls (lol), or you could do some fun stuff that you like to do, that helps me...:) good luck!!

  2. and ur car says free candy on it??

  3. i have been to 16 primary schools and 5 high schools. i know how you feel. just relax you will be fine. take your confidence with you in school. confidence is a great thing to hold. but dont use it to intimidate. people love confident people. so just be yourself be proud of yourself. and hold your head high you will be fine!

  4. I think nearly everyone feels like this going back to school, I dont even wanna think about it yet, I go back I September but I live in England so y'know.

I do understand the loner thing, my only real friend changed schools last year and now I just kinda sit alone and listen to music but I have made some other friends and Im sure you can too.

When I find it hard to get to sleep, I get some hot chocolate and put on some music quietly and just lay in bed and relax.

You'll be fine, it wont be as bad as your expecting and who knows what cool people you'll meet?!

Good luck and try to breathe deeply for a minute to calm down.

    =)

  5. Take a deep breath! Relax, you don't have 5 heads are 20 legs. Everything will be fine if you just be yourself!! Hope you have a great day. Now go to sleep or you'll go to school with rings under your eyes.

Too late? Pop 2 slices of cucumber into the fridge and when they are cold, put them over your eyes for 5 minutes!

  6. You are normal.  Nothin will really take the anxiety away...until you get to school and realise that all the new kids are exactly like you are.

You won't be a loner long.  And even if you were, being a loner ain't necessarily a bad thing.  Loners are more self sufficient, can entertain themselves, and often don't have "drama" hangups.

The only suggestion I can offer to you is to try and think of positive things about school.  Women, sports, who knows....whatever you like about school.

Just realise that you are a normal guy feeling all this...and the other guys are feelin it right along with you.

  7. Ah, I'm the same age, it happens to me all the time :)

Just lay and bed, close your eyes, and just try to relax, eventually you'll drift off to sleep. Wash your face and get some water, you'll be fine :) Just don't look scared when you go to school, look like you're friendly, you'll have more friends that way :)
