I'm stuck in a bad situation

Question

OK I'm 16 and Tomorrow a bunch of my friends are having a sleepover thing but the thing is my dads making my come home at 1am b/c there will be guys there.There's only 6 of us and the 2 guys are my close friends both of witch are g*y...Plus its supervised..Also one of the guy i went on vacation with so i slept in the same room with him for a week.My mom even says i can sleep over my dog..keeps saying its not proper..i don't get if can stay over there till 2 in the morning why cant i stay till the next day.All my friends are all upset i wont be there over night.Is is that wrong to have boy/girl sleep over that are supervised and they guys are g*y? i mean i dont see whats so wrong with this

Honestly I wouldn't not of told my parents there were going to be boys there....my parents wouldn't even let me stay that long. I was going to suggest you lie a lil lol or not tell it was a coed sleepover. Have your friend parents talk to your father so they can a sure him that nothing inappropriate will take place.

i dont see whats  wrong with it, my dads a freak about guys and i was a allowed at a boy/girl sleepover (it was a boys party) and none of them were g*y. but then again, we had two boy mattresses and two girl mattresses and there was a parent on each...but still the guys are g*y, so it might as well be an all girls sleepover!

i dont see whats wrong with it. they are g*y, they arent gonna hurt u or anything. i have g*y guy friends. and its supervised, which is what every parent wants when it comes to parties.

I don't see anything wrong with it, maybe try talking to your dad some more and get his side of the story.  Maybe you could comprimise and ask to have the sleepover at  your house???  Then maybe your dad would feel better about it.  And personally i think it is more dangerous for you to be out and about and 1 or 2 in the morning, instead of being with all your friends, and a set of PARENTS! =]

its because there isnt anything worng with it.. but ur dad feels different about just because they are boys and a dad will think the boys are trying to do something else but they are g*y and they dotn like females.. so if u went to vacation with one of them shouldnt your dad know that they are g*y..

this is what u should do both you and ur mom should reason with your dad.. ur 16 u need to have more fun.. but the question is y cnat you go to a sleepover for a whole day with only 2 g*y guys and 6 girls..??? and see what your answer is and if both you and ur mom think its not a reasonable answer make a comprimise with your dad so he can have his way just little bit but at the same time you win too..

I agree. On top of that, your parents knows one of the guys, and they're both g*y! Have your parents talk to the other parents.

if you want to know why you can't stay there all night even with g*y guys... then ask your father

Weather they are g*y or not you are 16. I dont blame your parents for not letting you stay over night. And just because you say it is supervised doesnt always mean it will be supervised like it should be!! You might have a problem with it now but when u get old ur will thank ur parents for being stict on you.
