I'm stuck in a catch-22 situation. I need State ID but don't have enough ID to get it!?

Question

I have a birth certificate, a credit card, a savings account, and job ID with photo. How can I get the ID I need to get the State ID? I live in NY

Well what are they telling you that you have to have in order to get one?  I assume a birth certificate and social security card would be enough to get an ID

If you have a birth certificate get a S.I.N card. You will need this for any job yo apply for any really is one of the most important aspects to have for identification purposes.
