I'm studying BSc Computer science 2 years program at virtual university of pakistan

Question

currently doing 2yrs bachelor degree program started by the pakistani goverment.there is also 4 yr BS (CS) but after 2yrs i wont be studying any furthur.what is your opinion about this and also if im going to canada is this enough or i have to do some more over there.
