I'm studying spanish and have a PDF text in english, is there a software that can help me to translate it??

I really need some help in here, i'm talking about a text of 110 pages!!! any possible help in here will be really appreciated.

There is no software that will translate for you and give you the true intended meaning. Some will tell you to put the text into an online translator but all you will get is gibberish. The number of pages is way too much for you to post here even if you could do it page per page. Your only other choice is to pay a professional translator to do it or find someone who is fluent enough to help you.
