  1. okay first of all alot of the great volleyball players get those that means that u are working hard!!!!!  u should probably put a baind aid on it and it will heal in no time!!!!

if this helps please put me as the best answer

  2. owchy ok what you need to do is use knee pads my sister had to do the same thing she had to threten to get out of athletics and then they got her knee pads lol and use an ointment!!!!!!! like a burn one idk which one

  3. do you have kneepads? you should have kneepads and that's is exactly what its for. it will heal dont worry.

  4. I've done that countless times.  Well over 100.  You'll get use to it.  It happens.  I don't even wear knee pads.  Yes, I do dive and everything, but if you burn your knees you are diving with improper form.  You're not supposed to slide, but you're supposed to contact the ball while in air, and land on your chest.  Knee pads are advised just to make sure because everyone will dive improperly here and there (until your brain makes it second nature due to repetition like mine, and still I occasionally have to make a play where this happens).

Just bandage it up, buy some knee pads: http://www.pricebustersports.com/mivsvok...

And learn how to dive well.  Knee pads hinder jumping and speed of movement, so once you don;t need them you may want to ditch them, but many people (particularly girls, which I assume you are, I'm not) never stop wearing them, but it causes a slight disadvantage.

  5. treatment- wash with water, antibiotic cream, and if you are going to continue vb or wearing pants, a big band aid or better yet liquid or spay on bandage.

Get some good knee pads, not only will they protect you knees, they will also keep them warmer (and warm knees is a good thing).

Learn to dive or actually as you are a female, slide and roll. Diving involves hitting the floor with chest and stomach, and if you do it correctly by turning your feet out, the inside ot your thights. Since many females have things that stick out of their chests as well as hip bones that protrude slight mistakes are painful.  Sliding and rolling puts your thighs, butt and back as the points of contact.  But be prepared, if you are going to be competitive, getting the ball up, at some point will hurt .

  6. Well for starters never dive on your knees, slide on your stomach first. Make sure when you start to dive that you are very low. And second try putting antibacterial ointment on your burn and put a band-aid on it when you put your volleyball pads on, or it will sting with the sweat.
