He just emptied my fruit fly infested garbage can and I couldn't help but notice the eye liner and lipstick. At least he didn't smile at me. Do I talk about my suspicions to his Supervisor or leave it alone?

well I say if he does his job well then whatever he does in his personal life is his business. So you should leave it alone.

What he does wear or what he doesn't wear on his face really is none of your concern. As long as he does his job properly that's all that matters. Your opinions shouldn't affect his life. This his problem, not yours. You should respect that and just drop the matter. Not to mention what you think "is cool" doesn't matter either and you put other people in a bad position just by getting involved.
