I'm taking PAP chemistery this year and was wondering....

if you could give me a bit of a preview and tips on what i should study before i begin because im feeling a bit unprepared

There's no preparing for a first course of chemistry. It's different from any other subject you have studied before. There's a little bit of everything, such as mathematics, memorization of some facts and data, three dimensional geometry, etc.; but on the other hand, you don't have to be expert on these subjects. All I can suggest is to look at some of the questions and answers on this forum to get a flavor of the subject.
