I'm taking a trip to Panama, any places you recommend I go?

I currently live in Panama

go to the following:

1.Casco Antiguo

2.Panama Viejo ruins

3.Canal (miraflores locks)

4.The malls (multiplaza,multicentro,albrook mall)

5.You may want to go to an all inclusive beach resort like Decameron, Playa Bonita, Playa Blanca, Contadora Island

6.Colon Free Zone ( if you really want to do some serious shopping)

7. Calle Uruguay's night clubs
