Trying to conceive, miscarriage (missed-abortion) in May..have had 2 times mensus

14th day of menstruation cycle.

  1. no taking vitamins wont help you to conceive but it is good to take it as it will prevent birth defects like spinabifida


  2. The folic acid is very important to avoid birth defects.  I'm also taking primrose oil to help with the EWCM production. Good luck!
