Do paintballs hurt?

I heard wearing a hoodie helps.

I've been shot with cooper BBs b4, so I think it won't hurt as much.

But i worried she'll get bruised up.

Any tips on keeping this a safe (and painless) a possible lol?

I think it's cute how you're worried that she'll get hurt. But I've been paint balling, either way, she'll get bruised, you can minimize the size of the bruise just by making sure that she's not wearing anything that's showing skin, and having cushion-y clothes, like a hoodie as you said she should stay away from jeans, as it's pretty tight on us girls, so it would be like hitting directly on bare skin.. Don't let her take off her mask, that'd be disastrous LOL. But in the end, she'll have fun. It'll be all worth it, it was for me! (: Hope you guys have fun.

Paintballing is so much fun dont worry. BUT make sure you never take off your mask also dont wear something that is showing skin like shorts or t shirts because the paintballs dont really hurt when they hit you on bare skin but it makes you bleed through your pores. Personal expirence says that you will also have nasty welts and bruises even through thick clothing

haha unless ur girl doesnt want to go and is a reall pris it probably wont be an issue. but words of caution DO NOT SHOOT HER!!!!!! u will get ur rear end chewed out. maybe jump in from of her and take a paint ball its good for brownie points lol

As long as she's not afraid to go, then go for it. I'm a girl and I went with a whole group of guys (was the only girl) and I loved every minute of it. Yeah, when I got shot it hurt a little. And I came out with many black and blue marks, but I'm dying to go again.

Wear thick clothing and keep the face mask on. The worst part for me was my arms. That's where it hurt the most. It's easier to get shot there because most of my body was hidden behind things the whole time.

paintball give u like bruises and welts so fun ucan try putting on like layers of clohtes lol or like pads hope that helps
