I'm the new girl at my school...having trouble making friends?

i'm new at my school, and i seem to be having a really hard time making friends. i mean, i try to be social, but it's just so hard when everyone already has their own clicks. i don't know what to do...i'm so stressed out. and today, i sat alone at lunch. it was so embarassing. how can i make friends quickly?

It might take awhile depending on how outgoing you are, but never try to dress like or do anything that you are uncomfortable with just to fit in just be yourself and nice to others and people will be drawn to you. Always smile~

oh I know whatcha mean, when I was the New Girl whenever I sat down at a lunch table everybody there would get up, everyone used to spread the worst rumors, god I'm glad that's over.  My only advice is that you can't be the only one at your school that feels excluded talk to those people.  And if all else fails just think that years from now this will make a nice little anicdote, and you can put it all behind you, that's what got me through.

It takes time...You just have to follow some people around for a bit...try to funny and tell jokes. Good Luck.
