what steps do i take?thanks to turn to a boxer?

You're getting WAY ahead of yourself.  

Put your situation into perspective. Think of yourself as a freshman in high school who wants to try out for his school team and eventually be a star quarterback in the NFL.  Then do the math.

We have a few  present and former boxers here and I'm sure they'll give you some insight into the challenge you'll face in boxing.

Work hard, have plenty of fights in the amateurs to get your experience up, and get yourself a good trainer.
