  1. i was doing some research about chameleons myself and came across this website:

    www.chameleonnews.com

i think i's got all the information you need.

there's even an article about the cost of keeping chameleons:

  2. Chameleons are pretty to care for because they are such fragile animals, but are very cool and most are docile/tame. I would start out with something simpilar if your not an experienced reptile keeper like a leopard gecko, bearded dragon or even a crested gecko.

All animals are easy to care for no matter what you get. Its just that some require more time and effort for feeding, cleaning and ect.

I dont know much about Chameleons but i do know that some need pretty big enclosure with climbing areas.

    Good Luck.

  3. Chameleons are among the hardest reptile to take care of please start off with something simpler like maybe a gecko start off at geckosunlimited.com/ but you need to research research research!

You could handle a chameleon if you read lots and research them for a while they are not the beginner reptile but if you really want one and you are willing to spend some serious $$$ on them go ahed but please research for the sake of the animal it is possible but I would start off with something easier than a chameleon they are cool but honestly I don't find them worth it I'm a gecko guy I guess and don't think geckos are easy with the exception of a few species.....

But again please research (somewhere else) and read about them make sure you can handle on these are not impulse pets.

    Best of Luck
