  1. even if it's not. it's not hard to make. you can get kits on the net for it. all you have to do is to go down to restaurants and get their used grease, then filter out the food products. when it is reasonably clean, you put alcohol into it, stir, and it will separate into glycerin, and biodiesel. the best part is that it costs about 60 cents a gallon to make.

  2. Probably

  3. Biofuels have been around for a long time but it is now becoming more accessible.  It is a growing market about to take a huge jump.

  4. Yes, and if you look, it may be closer than you think.

    I didn't think there was any where I live until I bought a diesel and realized there was 4 biodiesel stations within 10 miles of my house!

    Click your area of this map to list all the stations:

    Good Luck and enjoy the faint smell of french fries everywhere you go.  I love it and everyone always comments how nice my car smells.  Did I mention how extra happy my dogs are to always smell me coming home?  :)

  5. I would check in your area and see if it's available NOW before making that committment.

  6. Go to Captain D's, Kentucky Fried Chicken etc. and see if they give you their used frying/cooking oil just for you to haul away.

    Then ask here about using cooking oil in a Diesel car.

    Some do say to use a double filter, so, ask about these things;
