I'm thinking about investing in Real Estate n Memphis,Tn, other investors in memphis tell me did u get started. Also any homeowners who are renting there properties.... is that a good investment?

  1. It is a good investment but I wouldnt say right now is the time, you may end up being stuck with a property you cant afford and then you have a foreclosure on your credit and then you will be in the same boat as alot of people are right now.
