I've seen some vinyl ones for £39.99 and they also have a chrome set for £79.99. What is the difference between vinyl and chrome and which is better. I'm thinking of getting the vinyl ones, will they be ok? they are from argos

  1. Make sure you get them delivered lol, and buy a proper bench as well

  2. Save your money and use tins of beans, when you give up exercising at home at least you've got something to eat!

  3. If you're having this much trouble and though, save your money and just go to the gym. My gym membership is $20 for 3months, and has pretty much everything you need, look into it.

home weights/gyms requires space and upkeep, and is usually limited as far as access.

  4. BUy the cast iron weights for sure.

The vinyl weights is simply plastic filled with sand and they weigh less in volume comparison.
