I'm thinking of getting a hybrid or just a smaller car that won't waste much gas, but i'm 6'2 tall?

Will I look fine driving a tiny car?

I used to drive big cars, cause i'm a big man.

Yes you will be fine assuming the car supports tall riders. Check out the Smart fortwo, a lot bigger than it looks!

Honda Accord Hybrid.  But - keep in mind, it really takes about 5 - 7 years for the hybrid to pay off, considering gas savings vs. increased car purchase price.  Plus, you give up a lot of trunk space.

Test fit a few, you'll find some sit taller than the others, making getting in and out easier while still getting fairly good economy. I recently purchased a Rouge (Nissan) and have had 29.8 mpg getting to work and back. Good enough for me.

My husband is 6 ft. and we drive a Prius and he fits with room to spare. My suggestion is go take a  test drive and see which you feel most comfortable in.  You won't look silly.

don"t do it all together, those cars are good for the environment but bad for blind people, they don"t make much noise when driving so blind people crossing the street have been getting hit by them simply because they cant hear them coming, SAVE THE BLIND PEOPLE AND DRIVE A REGULAR CAR

If by big car you mean a truck or SUV, then there is a Chevy Tahoe hybrid.

If you mean a sedan, the Honda Accord hybrids are pretty roomy.

I own a 2004 honda civic ex, its bad ***, has the most amazing mpg, i fill up at least once every 10 days (based on like an hour of driving a day)... plus i am 6'1" yet my chair is half way back

I always saw this on television and thought it was a joke, but I see it now in my city all the time ... someone drives up in a Mini-Cooper, and gets out of the car ... they seem to be all VERY TALL with your 6'2" being the 'short end' of that range.  GET A HYBRID ... you may 'stand out' when you stand up, but you will be helping the environment, and most of the people I know consider that a PLUS ...

They aren't made for big people eh.... you will look fine driving it, just hope you find one that fits you well.  FYI the Volkswagen Jetta Turbo Diesel is coming out next month and has more power than most hybrids and some road tests have put it at close to 50 mpg.... that is what I am waiting for because I like power ; )
