  1. GO VEGETARIAN!!! TRUST ME I'm a vegetarian and you can get protein easy! is all you got to do is eat right! you can eat peanuts peanut butter and also any meat alternatives. By lunch i already have enough protein for the whole day. you dont need to have a lot of protein anyway. usually 30 to 60 grams a day. Trust me you won't regret it. protein is basically in everything...tofu is pretty good the only thing is that you have to season it right cuz without good seasoning it tastes plain..

    ~Hope I helped and hope u try being vegetarian~

    Good Luck!

    Vanessa

  2. There are still plenty of ways to get protein without eating tofu.

Soy Burgers and other soy imitation meat products are also a good source of protein.

Also buy some vegeterian cook books or search the web for recipes.

    There are plenty of options.

There is also the possibilty that you may like tofu cooked in some other way.

  7. beans, mushrooms, protein links, eggs, peanut butter

  9. Two words, - Just don't.

  10. you can get protein by eating beans, eggs, cheese, milk, protein shakes. be creative! good luck !

  11. You need Zinc

  12. I eat pecans.  I occasionally, if I have a weird feeling that I need meat protein, will eat fish.  But I don't like to.  I'm kinda new at this so I'm doing it gradually, but intend to cut out fish sooner or later.  I don't really like fish anyway.  I hate tofu too.  So, I eat nuts.  Almonds are good for you too, but I prefer pecans.  Macadamia nuts are really good, I think.  And beans are good for you too.

And I know my health is better now that I don't eat meat.  I eat lots of vegetables, mostly in Thai foods, which are absolutely delightful to my tastes!  It's amazing how different I feel without that heavy feeling from eating meat.
